• 3. Signage hierarchy — age rules readable, not a wall of conflicting stickers.
• 4. Queue calm — space so checks do not block the whole store on Friday night.
• 5. Impulse without interference — counter merch that does not hide the ID workflow.
• 6. Staff training zone — poster or SOP placement that matches the remodel package.
