1. Flexible footprint — tasting table that folds away so the floor works on non-event days.
2. Staff sightlines — age checks and security still cover the zone.
3. Power and lighting — one intentional light plane for product, not a clamp lamp on a shelf.
4. Adjacent feature end — stock of what is pouring sits next to the table.
5. Queue control — sampling does not block cooler or checkout paths.
6. Brand finishes — table, backdrop, and signage match the remodel package.
